Thanks for considering The CREATE Cafe to display your unique product.  All artisan wares are available for purchase with a 30% consignment fee going to CREATE Brookville to help fund community enrichment.  We do ask that all wares are packaged in a professional manner.  Please take a moment to complete the form below for approval from the CREATE Brookville board.  We are limited in space.
